For this comparison video, we used the volume 4 of the Kimetsu No Yaiba figures, particularly Inosuke Hashibira and Giyu Tomioka. The Japanese version was shipped from Japan while the Asean version was bought from a local retailer. Basically, the difference can be seen in the boxes. The Japanese version intended for the Japanese market has Japanese writings at the back. Meanwhile, the Asean version for international markets has a blank white space on it.
The Japanese version has the Aniplex and Jaia logo on the top flap. On the other hand, the Asean version has a bar code and a sign that indicates that it is to be sold only outside of Japan. For the bottom flap, the Asean version contains different languages. However, the Japanese version has Japanese characters. Lastly, the price between the two figures are also different. Nevertheless, the figures inside are the same. Watch the video below to find out more.
